ADDITIONAL APPROVAL SUPPORT

We partner with OneApp to help applicants who may need additional approval support during the leasing process.

If your application does not initially meet our standard screening requirements, OneApp may be able to provide an alternative approval option to help you move forward with your lease application.

Application Fee: $50/applicant*
Administrative Fee: $150* due after approval

Leasing Requirements

We require 2.5x the monthly rental amount and the following:

  • Rental history verification
  • Credit & Background check
  • No evictions in past 2 years

Security Deposit Options

Qualified applicants may be eligible for our Zero Deposit option for just $24 per month — a simple and convenient alternative to paying a larger upfront security deposit.

Traditional security deposit options are also available. Security deposit amounts are determined after your application screening is completed.
