Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.
Residents may either submit a service request at any time using their online portal or contact our office to create a service request on their behalf.
No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. Our team will provide notification of being in your apartment.
During office hours please contact the office if locked out of your apartment. After hours, please contact emergency maintenance, a lockout fee assessed.
Our community is host to a wide range of amenities residents may enjoy such as a Rooftop Pool, Sundeck, and Lounge, 24-Hour Fitness Center - Including Fitness-On-Demand, Connected, Covered Parking, Whit Work Space, Virtual Doorman, Dog Park and Pet Washing Stations, Courtyard with Grilling Stations and Fire Pit, Secured Bike Storage, Wi-Fi Throughout Common Areas, and is Home of the 16-Bit Bar + Arcade.

Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.
Yes, a resident may end their lease early if needed, but an early termination fee outline in the lease agreement would be owed along with a 30-day intent to vacate notice.

Our community supports AT&T for our internet services.
Utilities are not included in the rental amount.

Our community is located in the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) district.
From I-65 S, head southeast then take exit 113 toward Meridian St. Continue onto 11th St for 0.1 miles then turn right onto N Meridian and continue for 0.8 miles. Turn left onto E New York St then The Whit will be on the left in 0.1 miles.

The Whit is a beautiful complex with close proximity to Mass Ave and everything downtown Indy has to offer. You can walk to a Colts, Pacers or Indians game. The fitness center is one of the best, and the pool is an awesome place to relax and unwind in the summer.- Christopher H. (5 Stars)
The location and view from my apartment is amazing and I would not change that part. I do wish that we had a larger patio to actually take advantage of having patio furniture out that does not have to be doll sized, but that falls in the architects and engineers of the building- Darlene G. (4 Stars)
